Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience, preferably from a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency background.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and market research.
- Pitch and present digital marketing, branding, creative, and other agency services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Conduct client meetings and understand their business and marketing requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and service pitches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential client segments to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
- Be willing to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities when required.

Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably within a marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing and agency services.
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong ability to independently generate business and acquire new clients.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
