Objective of Role

To ensure effective security operations and safety management at GIFT City through supervision of security personnel, surveillance, access control, and incident response.

The role also focuses on maintaining discipline, coordinating emergency services, managing VIP/events operations, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols.

Position type -on contract for a period 3 years from the date of joining, extendable based on organization needs and candidates performance.

Pay Band

- In the pay-scale of Rs.29,200-92,300 as per 7th CPC

Qualifications

- Graduate with Defence / CAPF background

Experience

- Officer / Subordinate officer / JCO or Senior NCO from defence / CAPF with minimum 10 years of service. Minimum 3 years of experience in any corporate firm age up to 50 years.

Role Descriptions

- He will be responsible for security operations during the assigned duty period and supervise deployed security personnels.
- Ensure adherence to duty roasters, SOPs and post instructions
- Surveillance and patrolling of the GIFT City
- Access control for employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Incident management such as theft, trespassing, fire, public disturbances




- Coordinate with police, fire, ambulance, and emergency team members
- Collection of information and gathering of intelligence
- Communication and coordination
- Manage VIP movement.
- Event management.
- Traffic and parking management.
- Visitor management
- Documentation and reporting
- Compliance and discipline.

- Operational competency: solid understanding of security operations, ability to deploy manpower and knowledge of SOPs
