Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive General Trade sales by achieving primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and expand the distributor network while ensuring efficient market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to improve product visibility, availability, and sales.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and market execution to ensure optimum distribution and minimize stock-outs.
- Identify current business opportunities, execute market expansion plans, and provide regular competitor and market insights.

Requirements:

- Experience: 4- 5 years in General Trade sales, preferably from FMCG, Nutrition, Healthcare, or Wellness brands.
- Hands-on experience in distributor management, secondary sales, and territory development.
- Strong understanding of retail distribution and market execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
