The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the core operational services are provided to internal clients in a professional manner, to help support the overall objective of the broader APAC Knowledge & Information (K&I;) team. The ideal candidate will possess an open mindset toward learning about and using technology tools in the performance of their duties. The candidate will primarily be required to fulfil the below responsibilities, but these are subject to change/expand/evolve in response to business needs:
- Proactive and reactive delivery of relevant news and current awareness
- Reacting to a range of requests for internal and external information
- Ensuring access to, and evaluation of, relevant and appropriate information resources
- Training clients so they have the expertise to research efficiently using the services and systems provided
- Facilitating the implementation and effective use of the firm's knowledge systems
- Maintaining the firm's intranet for the Asia Pacific region
- Explore areas for the application of AI tools and process standardization

Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-2.5 years of experience, working with a multinational organisation
