Conduct Meeting Regularly, Prepare MoM and ensure its compliance

7.SMAT Management
1. Allocation of SMAT to each trained member based on critical task in respective area.
2. Analysis of SMAT
Ensure all task covered under SMAT & each employee must be SMATed.
8.Audits
1. Control of contractors, Work permit, work at height, LOTO, Forklift safety, EHS 20 step audit
2. Coordinate with each champions about their standard progress
Follow up to ensure all problems are addressed and gaps are closed
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in EHS role (Safety Officer) in an auto component manufacturing unit.
- B.Sc degree in Environmental Science or equivalent qualification; B.Tech / B.E. degree preferred .
- PGDIS is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of HIRA (Hazard Identification), Hazard Analysis, Risk Identification, Work Permit System, Fire Safety Management Systems.
