We are looking for a agile and experienced Plant Head to lead our manufacturing facility and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Optimize operational efficiency, reduce downtime,



and improve productivity.
- Drive cost control, resource optimization, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Lead and develop a strong team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Manage plant expansion, modernization, and capital projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven track record in leading operations in a chemical/hydrocarbon manufacturing plant.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of chemical processes, plant utilities, and safety norms.
- Ability to handle audits, statutory inspections, and liaise with local authorities.
- Excellent communication and team-building capabilities.
