We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Student Success Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a cohort of students and support them throughout their learning and career journey. The role involves driving student engagement, tracking progress, facilitating expert support, and ultimately helping students achieve successful placement or a meaningful transition into AI/Cloud career opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with working IT professionals and have a good understanding of Cloud, DevOps, AI, and technology career paths.

Work Mode - Remote

Shift time - 12 Am - 8 AM

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own and manage a cohort of students throughout their learning and career journey, ensuring consistent progress toward their individual career goals.
- Take end-to-end accountability for student outcomes, including successful placement or a documented career/upskilling transition into AI or Cloud.
- Conduct regular group sessions, individual check-ins, and progress reviews to maintain engagement and momentum.
- Track each student's progress against weekly and monthly goals, identify gaps, and take proactive action to address them.
- Monitor students against placement eligibility and guarantee conditions, ensuring they remain on track to meet the required milestones.
- Identify when a student requires additional support such as technical guidance, mock interviews, career strategy, or specialist coaching.
- Coordinate with technical coaches, career strategists, and subject-matter experts to arrange appropriate support for students.




- Facilitate expert-led sessions and ensure that students receive the right guidance at the right stage of their journey.
- Maintain ownership of the student's progress even when support is provided by other coaches or specialists.
- Build strong relationships with students and understand their career goals, challenges, strengths, and development areas.
- Communicate confidently with IT professionals and provide credible guidance around Cloud, DevOps, AI, and technology career pathways.
- Proactively identify students who are falling behind and develop action plans to bring them back on track.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, interactions, targets, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve student engagement, learning experience, and placement outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for the student's overall journey and career outcome.
