We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can take complete ownership of paid advertising performance, from tracking and funnel setup to optimisation, revenue generation and scaling.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Minimum 3 Crore+ cumulative ad spend managed
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads & PPC
• Experience with Coaching / Education businesses and Webinar Funnels
• Experience handling Lead Gen, Webinar, VSL and Sales Funnels
• Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CPA, ROAS and Revenue
• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
• Experience connecting landing pages, CRM and marketing automation
• Strong knowledge of ICP, audience research, retargeting and customer journey
• Proven ability to manage budgets, identify winners and scale profitable campaigns
• Ability to analyse campaign performance based on sales and revenue, not only leads
• Coordinate with creative, funnel, sales and client teams
• Provide clear weekly performance reports, insights and action plans

Who Should NOT Apply:-

Do not apply if:

- Your experience is mainly boosting posts or basic campaign setup
• You know only Meta Ads but cannot independently handle Google Ads/PPC
• You optimise only for CPL without understanding CAC, sales or ROAS
• You have never worked with funnels, Pixel/CAPI or conversion tracking
• You cannot demonstrate the ad spend and results you have handled
• You require continuous instructions to optimise campaigns
• You are uncomfortable being accountable for campaign performance

What We Expect:-

This is not a campaign-execution role.

You will have ownership and responsibility for performance, budgeting, optimisation and scaling.

We are looking for someone who can look at the numbers, identify what is wrong, decide what needs to change and take action without waiting for instructions.

Ownership + Performance + Profitable Scaling are mandatory.

Compensation

Higher compensation can be considered for exceptional candidates with solid documented experience in scaling high-spend campaigns.
