Candidate preferred from Pre Engineering Building Manufacturing Background only .

Roles and Responsibilities

- Candidate should have knowledge in PEB Fabrication with minimum 3-4 years experience
- Should have positive knowledge in Fabrication Drawings
- Should have a knowledge to handle team and increase the production with quality of engineering aspects.
- Must be sound communicator with good analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Excellence experience of planning,execution of the production area and should be efficient quality to utilize the combination of man and machine power.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve targets as per the production schedule




- Also capable to keep up the new monthly production targets sets by the management
- Able to Plan for efficient utilization of man/machines & Raw Material
- Project management & tracking updates.
- Total responsible to Implementing 5S on Shop Flour and manpower handling with discipline & safe environment.
- Should prepare & maintain Daily Production/Manpower Reports at shop & total Shift Control & its planning

Desired Candidate Profile

Oversee the working area and make sure smooth production at shop floor, Should have high skilled in Team Handling at shop floor.
