The role involves consultative selling of both hardware and software solutions and requires close coordination with technical, application and project teams throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms and customer visits.
Generate qualified leads within manufacturing, warehousing and logistics industries.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop relationships with decision-makers including Plant Heads, Production Managers,
Manufacturing Engineers, Operations Managers and Supply Chain teams.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Understand customer manufacturing processes and operational challenges.
Recommend suitable Pick-to-Light, Industrial IoT and Smart Factory solutions.
Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into orders.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
Account Management
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Maintain regular engagement with existing customers to understand future requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
