OPEN POSITIONS JL 2A – Order Management Executive Location: Pune & Chennai Experience: 1 Years CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA JL 3A – Order Management / Process SME Location: Pune Only Experience: 2.5 Years CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA JOB DESCRIPTION ✅ Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation and booking through fulfillment, delivery and billing. ✅ Handle customer orders, order processing, booking activities and billing-related queries. ✅ Work on SAP for order processing and related activities. ⭐ SAP ByD experience is preferred. ✅ Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage. ✅ Coordinate with internal teams,



customers and client stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment. ✅ Monitor orders, identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. ✅ Prepare reports, track process performance and perform analysis using MS Excel. ✅ Support process training and structured learning sessions. ✅ Identify training requirements and contribute to training manuals, SOPs and course materials. ⚠️ Candidates should be currently based in the respective hiring location.
