Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving the institution's financial strategy, governance, and long-term financial sustainability. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, compliance, ERP, and risk management while partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and institutional growth.

Key Responsibility:
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with institutional goals.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee accounting,



financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
- Present financial performance reports to the Management and Governing Body.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, UGC, AICTE, State Government, and other statutory regulations.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.

Audit & Risk Management
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and government audits.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Grants, Funding & Cost Management
- Oversee government grants, institutional funding, and utilization compliance.
- Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency across the institution.

ERP & Process Improvement
- Lead finance process automation and ERP optimization.
- Develop SOPs and improve reporting systems.

Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
