The Role: The CEO is looking for someone exceptional: to think with him, challenge him, and build with him. This person will work on: ▸ Data analysis & decision support ,revenue models, peer benchmarking, performance dashboards ▸ Business strategy ,across all 8 verticals, evaluating opportunities, building financial models ▸ Process design & automation -identifying inefficiencies, building SOPs, implementing tracking systems ▸ Execution & follow through : ensuring every directive is delivered on time, every time ▸ Communication :board presentations, investor notes, management reports, internal memos ▸ Special projects :new vertical launches, technology evaluation Who We Are Looking For: ▸ IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, or IIM Calcutta (non negotiable)



▸ 5 years of experience in financial services: broking, investment banking, asset management, or BFSI consulting ▸ Exceptional with data : Advanced Excel at minimum. Python, Power BI are solid advantages ▸ Location: Mumbai (BKC). Full-time. In-office.
