Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment and a good understanding of the US staffing process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT/Technical profiles.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate submission and interview coordination.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Work with different employment models including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Should have knowledge of US Visa types, including H1B, Green Card (GC), and OPT.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills:

- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Experience hiring for various IT/Technical profiles.
- Valuable knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Understanding of H1B, GC, OPT, and other US work authorization categories.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
