Tele Sales Intern JD Synopsis -
The Tele Sales Intern will assist the sales team by engaging with prospective customers through outbound calls, presenting product/service offerings, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role involves updating CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting senior sales executives with appointment scheduling. The intern will also gather customer insights, help understand market trends, and participate in training to build strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for senior sales team members.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up calls and send communication to nurture interested leads.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the sales/marketing teams.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telesales skills.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and leadgeneration targets.
- Support the overall sales process through effective communication and documentation.
