Intuitor is looking for result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience
- Preferably from IT Infrastructure, Networking, Managed Services or Technology Services
- Robust hands-on sourcing experience through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Ability to independently source, screen, coordinate and close candidates
- Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills
- Exposure to AI-powered recruitment tools is an added advantage
- Work from Office Old Madras Road, Bangalore
- Flexibility to support after-office-hours and weekend hiring activities when required
