We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Expert to lead and implement health, safety, and environmental practices across large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in industry-standard HSE practices, risk management, safety compliance, and project safety monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor Health & Safety Management Systems (HSMS) for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Prepare and review HSE plans, method statements, and safety reports.
- Drive a solid safety culture across project teams and contractors.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Monitor contractor performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain project HSE documentation and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure safe execution of project activities.

Required Experience:





- Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years of dedicated experience in Health & Safety on large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety management systems.
- Experience working on highways, bridges, urban infrastructure, rail, water, or similar large-scale projects.
- Experience on IFI-funded projects (World Bank, ADB, JICA, AIIB, etc.) will be preferred.
