Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete store operations including inward & outward material entries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation
- Monitor and control material movement within and outside the company
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly goods movement reports
- Process purchase bills and coordinate with accounts department
- Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, challans, and stock registers
- Ensure stock availability as per production requirements
- Communicate effectively with production, purchase, and management teams
- Draft and respond to official emails professionally
- Maintain proper filing and documentation system

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum B.Com Graduate
- 03+ years experience as Store In Charge (preferably in Metal / Manufacturing Industry)
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
