1. International Collection Executive

Process: International First-Party Collection
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Minimum 6 months of International First-Party Collection experience
CTC: Up to 34,000 per month
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab Facility within the applicable hiring zone

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions related to outstanding payments and collections.
- Make outbound/inbound calls to international customers regarding pending payments.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Achieve assigned collection, productivity, and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of International First-Party Collection experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in international/night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office.

2. International Voice Process Customer Service

Process: International Voice
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience
CTC: Up to 32,500 per month
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Cab Facility: Both-Side Cab Facility within the applicable hiring zone

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls for an international voice process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Identify and generate opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support as per process guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
