- Design and develop Building Management System (BMS) solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare and review BMS design drawings, schematics, control diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, electrical, and other project teams.
- Select appropriate BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, and other field devices.
- Prepare technical specifications and support the preparation of BOQs.
- Review project drawings and ensure compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely completion of design deliverables as per the project schedule.
