Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Consultant (Technical) with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Integrations, Data Cloud, and AI/Agentforce-driven solution design. The role involves leading enterprise implementations, working closely with architects, and delivering scalable multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.

Role Overview

Experience - 5-7 Years

Location - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWCs) aligned with business requirements.
- Build scalable solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Platform Events, and Flows.
- Customize Salesforce using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and modern web standards.
- Build custom user interfaces, web apps, and experiences on Salesforce.
- Lead and implement API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events).
- Contribute to Agentforce flows, prompt design, guardrails, fallback logic, and AI-driven automation.
- Work on Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, and segment activation.
- Participate in architecture discussions on scalability, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Support event-driven architecture using CDC and Platform Events.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Use SFDX, Git, and DevOps tools for structured deployments.
- Ensure best practices for security, bulkification, governor limits, and test coverage.





Skillsets (Must-Have)

- Robust proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing, and security.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and error handling.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of async patterns, governor limits, and transaction design.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce (AI Agents), data flows, and knowledge retrieval.
- Good exposure to Data Cloud ingestion and activation flows.

Architectural & AI-Era Expectations

- Ability to think beyond coding and contribute to architecture design.
- Understanding how AI affects solution design, data performance, and secure access.
- Ability to design guardrails, fallback logic, and efficient data mapping for AI agents.
