Role Description The Accountant at MONFIORA is a full time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing periodic financial statements. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable,



reconcile bank and cash accounts, and ensure accurate invoice processing. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, monitoring expenses, supporting tax compliance and statutory filings, and coordinating with external auditors as needed. The role also requires maintaining organized financial records, implementing internal controls, and collaborating with management to provide clear financial insights that support business decisions.
Qualifications
Strong skills in financial accounting and reporting, including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet and income statement preparation, and month-end closing.
Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, vendor management, and payment reconciliation.
