Role Description This is a full-time, in office Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for digital platforms, including interviews, promotional pieces, events, and storytelling content that showcases veteran leadership and Shaurya One’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, cutting and refining sequences, synchronizing audio, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and static graphics as needed.



The role involves collaborating with content, marketing, and operations teams to understand project goals, maintain brand consistency, and deliver videos on schedule. The Video Editor will also manage media assets, maintain organized project files, and optimize video output for various channels and formats.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short- and long-form content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality imagery.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Solid understanding of audio editing, basic sound design, and optimizing content for web and social media platform
