We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Procurement team and manage end-to-end purchasing activities, vendor coordination, negotiations, and timely sourcing of quality materials.

? Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
? Experience: 1–4 Years
? CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA (Based on Experience)

? Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete procurement cycle from PR to PO.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic & international suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials for production, sales, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve material shortages, quality issues, damages, and supplier claims.
• Maintain procurement records, POs, quotations,



and vendor databases.
• Monitor inventory and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.
• Support cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

? Required Skills
✅ Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
✅ Good communication skills
✅ MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Basic Formulas
✅ Knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software
✅ Understanding of electronic components, drone parts, batteries, connectors & communication equipment
✅ Strong documentation & organizational skills

? Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Supply Chain.
MBA in Operations / Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
