Job Role : Agile Scrum Master
Location : Hyderabad.
Exp : 10+yrs

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
Remove team impediments, manage scope changes, and improve team velocity and delivery predictability.
Support PI Planning, including capacity planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and PI Objectives.
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks using the ROAM framework.
Coordinate with Release Managers, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth releases.
Ensure compliance with Definition of Done (DoD), release readiness, testing, and deployment processes.




Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and burndown.
Facilitate post-release retrospectives and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
Experience in Scrum Master / Agile Coach roles.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PI Planning, dependency management, and release coordination.

Certifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Protected certification
