Role Description The Hairdresser role at Cabello Hair & Beauty Salon is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Hairdresser will provide hair cutting, styling, and care services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending suitable styles and treatments, performing haircuts and styling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at workstations.

The Hairdresser will also assist with scheduling, product recommendations, and ensuring a positive,



professional salon experience for every client. Collaboration with other team members to support salon operations and participate in ongoing training and skill development is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills, with the ability to work with diverse hair types and styles.
- Candidates should possess solid Hair Care knowledge, including treatments, products, and maintenance routines.
- Candidates should possess Cosmetology skills or formal cosmetology training, with an understanding of basic beauty and grooming services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a qualified, courteous demeanor.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a salon environment and familiarity with hygiene and safety standards.
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a cosmetology certification or license is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working full-time on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility for weekend and peak-hour shifts.
