Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Aluva.

The Graphic

Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets for digital and print mediums, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and campus branding collateral. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, producing logos and brand elements, selecting typography, and ensuring consistency with institutional brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to understand design requirements, adapting visuals for different audiences, and preparing production-ready files.





The Graphic

Designer will also contribute to refreshing existing materials, maintaining organized design libraries, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Ability to create and manage high-quality visual assets, with strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
- Experience in developing visual identities, including Logo Design and Branding for campaigns and institutional materials.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for layout, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across print and digital media.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse academic and administrative teams.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
