Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design outcomes.

- Ensure consistent design language and adherence to UI standards and brand guidelines.

- Iterate designs based on feedback, user behavior, and performance metrics.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects across web and mobile platforms.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.

- Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.





- Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward assigned tasks.

- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Good to have: Experience with WordPress.

- Experience working with design systems.

- Familiarity with Agile development processes.

- Understanding of front-end development workflows and collaboration with developers.
