Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Ghaziabad.

The Travel

Consultant will advise customers on travel options, create customized itineraries, and recommend suitable packages for leisure, honeymoon, family, and corporate trips.

Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas, as well as handling reservations and bookings accurately. The role involves providing attentive customer service, resolving travel-related inquiries, and maintaining clear communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

The Travel

Consultant will also stay informed about destinations,



travel regulations, and vendor offerings to provide up-to-date recommendations and support sales and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, plan, and oversee end-to-end travel experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate flights, hotels, transport, and booking systems efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to support travelers, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in agency or tour operations, is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and vendors.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with booking platforms and basic office software.
- Ability to work in office in Ghaziabad and manage a full-time schedule, including peak travel periods.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
