What will you do:

- Project delivery: Create and track detailed project plans, manage milestones, identify risks/dependencies, and establish robust governance across parallel customer onboardings.

- Stakeholder & Escalation Management: Serve as the primary liaison among customers, Account Executives, and internal delivery teams. Lead governance reviews, manage escalations, and communicate project status effectively.

- Customer Advocacy: Drive service excellence and account optimization by understanding client needs, leading workshops (e.g., kick-offs, transition reviews), and positioning SAP service offerings.

- Operational readiness: Coordinate cross-functional handovers from building to run, continuously improving transition workflows and service efficiency.

Required qualifications and skills:

- Experience: 4+ years in IT project management, transition management, or service delivery in customer-facing roles.

- SAP Expertise: Solid understanding of SAP service delivery models with hands on experience in at lease one domain: SAP S/4HANA (Fi or MM), SuccessFactors,



or SAP BTP.

- Core Competencies: Proven ability in risk mitigation, ITIL/service management processes, executive reporting, and creating high-impact presentations (MS PowerPoint/Excel).

- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc); MBA or Master's degree preferred.

- Flexibility: Willingness to support global customers across distributed time zones and versatile shifts as needed.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
