Role Description The Trainee Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The role involves interacting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their financial needs, and supporting senior team members in recommending appropriate financial and insurance solutions.

Daily responsibilities include scheduling and attending client meetings, collecting and organizing client information, assisting in preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

The Trainee Relationship

Executive will also follow up on leads, support client onboarding and documentation,



and contribute to client education through calls, meetings, and basic presentations. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and interpret financial information.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Candidates should possess learning agility and an interest in financial planning, insurance, and investment concepts to grow into advisory responsibilities.
