Salary: ₹60,000–₹75,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day tool room activities for carbon and graphite component manufacturing.

- Plan and monitor machining of tools, fixtures, jigs, dies, and graphite components.

- Handle CNC/VMC, milling, turning, grinding, and other machining operations.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and dimensional tolerances.

- Ensure accurate machining of carbon/graphite components as per required specifications.

- Monitor tool life, tool performance, machine utilization, and production output.

- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase teams.

- Ensure proper inspection of components using measuring instruments and gauges.

- Control rejection, rework, material wastage, and machine downtime.

- Manage tool room inventory, tooling requirements, and maintenance records.

- Supervise and guide operators, technicians, and tool room staff.





- Ensure adherence to 5S, safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Tool Room, CNC Machining, or Carbon/Graphite Component manufacturing.

- Robust knowledge of carbon/graphite machining processes is preferred.

- Hands-on knowledge of CNC/VMC, milling, turning, grinding, and tooling.

- Ability to independently read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;

- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, and machining parameters.

- Good team-handling, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong focus on quality, productivity, and timely production.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
