Job Title: Ticketing Executive

Reports To: Ticketing Manager / Senior Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ticket reservations, issuing and reissuing tickets, fare calculations, cancellations, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle flight ticket bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international travel.
- Provide fare quotations and assist in fare calculations as per airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing-related queries.
- Ensure all reservations and bookings comply with company policies and client requirements.
- Address customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel regulations.
- Monitor and update PNRs (Passenger Name Records) to avoid auto cancellations.
- Assist in visa and travel insurance processing as per client requirements.




- Keep updated with airline fare rules, promotions, and industry changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in ticketing & reservations.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of airline fare structures and ticketing policies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to industry changes.

Salary: As per industry standards Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
