Technical Delivery Manager – Cloud, AI & Application Modernization

Role: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own end-to-end delivery of Cloud, AI/Data, SaaS and Application Modernization projects.
n
- Convert SOW/business requirements into scope, milestones, timelines, resources, cost and delivery plans .
n
- Manage customer governance, steering meetings, status reviews, escalations and stakeholder communication .
n
- Lead distributed teams across Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Data and Support .
n
- Track RAID, risks, dependencies, schedules, quality, releases and delivery KPIs .
n
- Manage resource planning, utilization, capacity and team performance .
n
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint/release planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement.
n
- Support estimation, solution transition, SOW/proposal review and project mobilization .
n
- Ensure production readiness, incident management and delivery stability.
n

Mandatory Skills

n

n
- 12–18 years IT experience
n
- 6+ years in Delivery / Program / Engineering Management
n
- Robust project planning, estimation, governance, risk and change management
n
- Experience with global customers and distributed teams
n
- Agile/Scrum, SDLC,



DevOps and Release Management
n
- Technical knowledge in at least 2 areas:
n
- Cloud / Microservices & APIs / Application Engineering / Data / AI
n
- Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Azure
n
- Understanding of application modernization and cloud migration
n
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
n
- Tools: Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint
n
- Understanding of budget, utilization, effort, change requests and commercial aspects
n

Technical Exposure

n

- Cloud: AWS / Azure
n
- Application: Java / .NET / Python / Node.js
n
- Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs
n
- Data & AI: Data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI and AI-enabled automation
n
- DevOps: CI/CD, Security, Observability, Reliability
n
- Production: Application support and operational management
n

Preferred

n

n
- PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Scrum certification
n
- BFSI, Insurance, Enterprise SaaS or Product Engineering experience
n
- Presales, solutioning, SOW preparation and project transition experience
n

n
