As a Tibco Senior Developer- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance client operations. Within our Managed Services practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency for our clients.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by inspiring, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to optimize client operations
- Guiding delivery teams in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Developing automation frameworks and solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve performance
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Engaging in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement to drive business transformation
- Implementing business process automation to streamline workflows and reduce costs
- Validating data quality automation processes to maintain service excellence
- Addressing conflicts and facilitating difficult conversations with clients and team members

What You Must Have

What Sets You Apart

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Design and development of Complex event processing solutions using TIBCO Business Events 5.x and above, Development of Rules, Rule Functions, Decision Tables, Event Streaming etc.,
- Design and development of Integration applications using TIBCO Business Works 5.x and above, TIBCO EMS, KAFKA, Java Programming technologies.
- Excelling in automation framework design and development
- Demonstrating proficiency in business process automation (BPA)
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive project success
- Managing operational performance with a focus on excellence
- Leading digital transformation initiatives for managed services
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in team environments
- Developing skills in workflow automation and process optimization
