Role Description: Jergens India is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer for a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat . The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and providing technical solutions for Jergens' product portfolio.

The successful candidate will visit customers, understand their manufacturing, machining, tooling, and workholding requirements, recommend suitable technical solutions, and prepare quotations and presentations.



The role also involves product demonstrations, customer trials, technical coordination, and supporting successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications :

- Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution-selling skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into effective product applications.
- Experience providing Technical Support to manufacturing or industrial clients, including troubleshooting and application guidance.
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear technical explanation, professional presentation abilities, and confident interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in tooling, work-holding, machine tools, or industrial products is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site customer visits, willingness to travel within India, and ability to work independently while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (CRM systems, MS Office) and familiarity with reading technical drawings or specifications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, ethical business conduct, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
