- Mobilize and gather people at camp locations through local influence and community engagement to maximize participation and drive on-the-spot sales.
- Handle FOS teams for pre-camp door-to-door activities to generate awareness, mobilize prospects, and ensure maximum camp participation.
- Leverage strong local presence and geography knowledge to identify high-potential locations for camp execution.
- Develop technical product understanding to confidently explain Solar PV systems,



PMSGY scheme benefits, and recommend the right customer solution.
- Understand customer requirements, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain accurate CRM updates.
