Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to drive business development across Kerala. In this role, you will build and maintain direct relationships with architects, interior designers, interior contractors, and furnishing companies, securing project-based orders for our custom product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect & Designer Network: Identify and regularly visit architecture firms, interior design studios, and contractors across Kerala to present product catalogues and sample kits.
- B2B Project Pitching: Pitch Spiegler’s customized LED mirror solutions for luxury villas, apartments, hotels, resorts, and commercial developments.
- Account Onboarding: Onboard new design studios and convert them into repeat ordering partners.
- Lead Tracking & Closing: Follow up on project inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, coordinate order specifications with our team, and close sales.
- Payment Realization & Reporting: Ensure timely collections/payment realizations from client accounts and maintain daily field visit logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in building materials, interior products, lighting, sanitaryware, hardware, or related architectural channels.
- Network: Existing contacts or experience dealing with Kerala-based architects and interior contractors is a strong advantage.
- Mobility:



Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively across designated Kerala districts for client meetings.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Malayalam and English.
- Traits: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.

Compensation & Incentive Structure

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Field Allowances (TA & DA): Reimbursed separately for all local and outstation travel/lodging based on official travel logs.

Performance Incentive Scheme Incentives are unlocked upon achieving a minimum monthly realized sales threshold of ₹1,50,000:

- Standard Project Commission: 3% commission on all project orders up to ₹2,50,000 in value.
- High-Value Project Boost: 5% commission on large single project orders exceeding ₹2,50,000 in value.
- Current Architect Onboarding Bonus: A ₹1,000 cash bonus on the first realized order placed by any newly onboarded architecture or interior design firm (in addition to project commissions).
- High Earning Potential: Total monthly earnings (Salary + Incentives) can easily range from ₹35,000 to ₹50,000+ based on project closures

(Note: Incentives are calculated on realized client payments). Probation & Performance Policy

- 1-Month Grace Period: Month 1 is dedicated to market orientation, visiting design firms, and placing catalogues. There is no strict sales quota required during this initial month.
- 3-Month Performance Benchmark: Continued employment is subject to achieving active project sales. Candidates are required to meet baseline sales targets (minimum ₹1,50,000/month) during the probation period. Failure to secure sales targets within the 3-month probation period will result in termination of employment.
