Telesales Manager – Loan Sales Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead and manage our loan sales telecalling team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in loan sales, telecalling team management, target achievement, customer relationship building, and sales conversion . The candidate will be responsible for driving the team towards monthly business targets, monitoring telecallers' performance, improving lead conversion, and ensuring strong customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide and motivate a team of Loan Telecallers / Telesales Executives . Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement. Monitor team performance, call activity, lead follow-ups and conversion ratios.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and motivational sessions. Train telecallers on loan products, sales techniques, customer handling and objection handling . Ensure proper and timely follow-up of leads through CRM.

Personally monitor hot leads and high-potential customers to improve conversions.



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience. Coordinate with the field sales / branch team for customer visits, documentation and loan processing.

Identify low-performing team members and provide coaching and performance improvement support. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports. Ensure discipline, attendance, call productivity and proper CRM updating within the team.

Develop strategies to improve connectivity, lead conversion and disbursement . Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing difficult cases.

Loan Product

KnowledgeThe candidate should have valuable working knowledge of different types of loans, preferably: Business Loan Personal Loan Home Loan Loan Against Property (LAP) Housing Loan Mortgage Loan Vehicle Loan / Auto Loan Other retail and secured/unsecured lending products What We Expect Leadership + Target Achievement + Loan Product Knowledge + Customer Relationship + Team Motivation + Strong Follow-up Salary will be based on experience and previous performance.
