We r looking for a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Explain diamond jewellery, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, designs, and pricing.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build valuable relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for orders and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales, telecalling, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.
- Jewellery or diamond sales experience is preferred.
