Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on warm prospects.

- Present, promote, and pitch products/services using standard scripts and customized value propositions.

- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and address hesitations effectively.

- Negotiate offers and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM or call log.

- Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handover of high-value prospects.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written communication skills.

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support,



or telesales is an advantage (Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).

- Skills: Active listening, objection handling, basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and phone etiquette.
