Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Explain products/services, offers, pricing, and perks to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales.

- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for order processing.

- Collect customer feedback and share relevant information with the team.

Requirements





- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customers.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
