This is a full time on-site role for a Telecaller at Franchise Brigade located in Bengaluru.
- The Telecaller will be responsible for making cold calls, following up on warm leads, booking appointments with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
- The Telecaller will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
Experience : 1+years Languages : English/Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to learn about our products and services quickly, and articulate the benefits to potential clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
