Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers/leads. Handle customer queries and provide relevant information. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Generate customer interest through effective communication.

Maintain proper calling records and follow-ups. EligibilityMinimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Customer Service, or any relevant calling profile.



Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Positive convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills. Candidates should be confident and comfortable speaking with customers. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary 1–2 years experience: Up to ₹20,000/month 2 years experience: ₹25,000–₹27,000/month Salary can be negotiated for exceptionally good candidates .
