Job Summary

We are looking for Telecaller Executives to handle customer calls, provide information, follow up on payments or services and maintain proper call records. Freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in sales, collections, customer support or BPO can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with customers regarding payments or services as per the process.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and performance targets.
- Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
- Follow company policies, calling procedures and quality guidelines.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: PUC / 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in the required regional language.
- Basic computer and system-handling knowledge.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in BPO, sales, collections or customer support will have an advantage.
- DRA Certification is preferred and may qualify candidates for a higher salary slab.
- Comfortable working with calling and performance targets.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating in at least one of the required regional languages.

Salary Structure

Salary depends on qualification, relevant experience, DRA certification and other applicable requirements:
- PUC Fresher – ₹13,000/month
- PUC + Experience – ₹14,000/month
- Graduate Fresher – ₹14,000/month
- Graduate with relevant/other experience – ₹15,000/month
- Graduate with Collections / Sales / Customer Support Experience – ₹16,000/month
- PUC + DRA Certified – ₹16,000/month
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified – ₹17,000/month
- Graduate + Relevant Experience + DRA Certified + Police Verification – ₹18,000/month
