Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
- Explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead/customer information.
- Handle objections and address basic client queries.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of cold calling and lead generation.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi — mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and professional approach while communicating with clients.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
