We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products/services, generate leads, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable information.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English/Malayalam.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
