Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecalling & Data Searching Executive to join our Procurement Department. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and service providers across Maharashtra and Pan India.

The role primarily involves data searching, calling, verification, maintaining vendor databases, and generating new contractor/supplier leads as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and service providers through online and offline sources.

Make regular calls to contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to understand their work profile, product/service availability, location, and capacity.

Generate new vendor and contractor leads as per project and procurement requirements.

Maintain and regularly update the Contractor & Supplier Database.

Follow up with contractors and suppliers for quotations, availability, manpower/material supply, and other procurement requirements.

Coordinate with the Procurement Head and provide Daily updates on calling and data-searching activities.





Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper records in Excel / Google Sheets / Company Software.

Identify potential vendors from different cities and states based on ongoing and upcoming projects.

Achieve daily calling and data-searching targets.

Maintain proper follow-up records and status of every contacted contractor/vendor.

Required Skills

Good communication and telecalling skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong internet research and data searching skills.

Ability to identify relevant contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers online.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of the construction / EPC / infrastructure industry will be an advantage.

Ability to work with daily targets and maintain accurate data.

Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Daily calling target

Number of new contractor/supplier leads generated

Quality and accuracy of collected data

Follow-up conversion

Number of active vendors/contractors identified

Timely database updating and reporting

Working Scope The candidate will work on identifying civil contractors, manpower contractors, material suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and other procurement-related vendors across Maharashtra and Pan India.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
