1. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to farmers/customers as per the assigned database.
- Communicate with customers in the required regional language.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns.
- Provide basic information about agricultural products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Record call details, customer responses, and dispositions in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for relevant leads and queries.




- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
- Maintain professionalism and good customer relationships.

We’re Looking For

✔️ Valuable communication skills in the respective language

✔️ Confident and friendly personality

✔️ Comfortable with making calls and following up

✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

✔️ Prior experience in agriculture/agri-inputs/agritech will be a strong plus.
