We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Telecaller to manage customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build robust customer relationships

Role & responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients & generate leads
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Build strong client relationships
- Achieve calling & lead-generation targets
- Maintain lead records and daily reports

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Strong follow-up & customer-handling skills
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Positive, self-motivated & target-oriented
- English, Hindi & Marathi knowledge is a plus
